These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lenzoku.com and your purchase of products from Lenzoku.

Throughout these Terms, “Lenzoku,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Lenzoku, operated by In Site Global LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our incorporated policies. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from Lenzoku.

You may not use our products, services or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate applicable laws when using the website.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and product manufacturing variations.

Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may update, modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, even if an item appears available on the website.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products offered or sold.

4. Eyewear Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lenzoku products are nonprescription eyewear.

Reading glasses are not individually prescribed and are not a substitute for an eye examination or advice from a qualified eye-care professional.

Blue-light filtering performance, lens tint and other optical characteristics vary by product. We do not guarantee that blue-light glasses will prevent headaches, improve sleep, correct vision or treat a medical condition.

Sport eyewear is intended for recreational and general outdoor use unless the individual product page expressly identifies a verified safety certification.

A product must not be treated as certified safety eyewear, industrial protective equipment or guaranteed impact protection unless an applicable safety standard is clearly stated and supported by the manufacturer.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended activity.

5. Product Images

Product images are provided to help customers understand a product’s design, color and general appearance.

Some images may be digitally enhanced, reformatted or created to present the product more clearly. Minor differences may exist between an image and the physical product because of lighting, screens, manufacturing changes or color variations.

Such minor differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.

6. Prices and Currency

Prices may change without notice.

The price charged for a product is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer’s selected market. Currency conversions and payment-provider exchange rates may result in minor differences.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected payment to the original payment method.

9. Order Information

If you discover an error, contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will try to correct the information, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

10. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.

Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing, fulfillment or shipment.

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Eligible products may be returned after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Payment

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly control their processing times, security procedures or authorization decisions.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking procedures and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice and options required by applicable law.

13. Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped internationally, including orders shipped to Canada, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other fees.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Customs delays are outside our direct control and may extend delivery times.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions and minimum purchase requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes.

You grant Lenzoku a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store.

We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.

18. Intellectual Property

The Lenzoku name, logo, website design, written content, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to In Site Global LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our website content without written permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold In Site Global LLC and its representatives harmless from claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Customers may also have mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws applicable in their place of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
